Name several of your major projects and where each was located.
1. Managing and have managed numerous (more than 100) Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) sites in accordance with Texas Petroleum Storage Tank Rules (30 TAC 334) and the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP – 30 TAC 350) throughout North Texas and major Texas cities.  Major project activities have included Release Determination Reports, Limited Site Assessments, Affected Property Assessments, Drinking Water Survey Reports, Site Investigation Reports (SIR), Affected Property Assessment Reports (APARs), the design/pilot testing/ implementation/operation of soil and groundwater remediation activities and remediation systems, Underground Injection Control (UIC) permitting, Response Action Completion Reports (RACRs), and the achievement of closure via the Texas PST and Voluntary Cleanup Programs (VCP).

2. Managed the Environmental Site Assessment, Associated Liability Risk Evaluation, Contamination Delineation, Environmental Remediation and Regulatory Closure of the 46-acre Montgomery Plaza - Ft. Worth, Texas VCP Site within the framework of numerous federal, state and local environmental and redevelopment programs/regulations.  Project issues of concern include soil and groundwater contamination (from on-site petroleum hydrocarbons, fuel USTs, degreasing/dry-cleaning operations and paint booths, and off-site petroleum refinery and light industrial facilities), lead-based paint, asbestos, PCBs, historic building preservation, demolition/renovation, waste disposal and Brownfield redevelopment considerations.  Major project milestones included the preparation/approval of two APARs and a RACR per TRRP, the successful procurement/issuance of State of Texas Municipal Setting Designation Certificate 004, and the issuance of a VCP Certificate of Completion.

3. Managing a groundwater remediation system, within the framework of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), involving injection of 19 injection points with a bioaugmentation mixture and four injection points with potassium permanganate to remediate the chlorinated solvent plume at a former dry cleaning facility in Austin, Texas.  Prior project activities included delineation and evaluation of the soil and groundwater contaminant concentrations; preparation of a Site Investigation Report (SIR) in accordance with the Risk Reduction Rules (RRR), Underground Injection Control (UIC) Applications to obtain TCEQ permission to conduct a pilot test and subsequently treat the subsurface groundwater with a bioaugmentation mixture and/or a potassium permanganate mixture, Response Action Work Plan (RAWP), and Response Action Implementation Report (RAIR); and oversight of the installation and implementation of the pilot test and remediation system.
