Mr. Williams has 20 years of professional experience in civil and environmental engineering, consulting, client development, and project and business management. His expertise includes civil & environmental engineering, hydrogeologic contamination assessment and site remediation, hazardous waste management and permitting, Above-ground Storage Tank (AST) and Underground Storage Tank (UST) management services, Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and asbestos surveys & management.

Mr. Williams is a registered professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Vanderbilt University. He also maintains other professional certifications and registrations, including OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operator and Emergency Responder & 8-hour Supervisor Training, USEPA AHERA Asbestos Facility Survey/Building Systems Inspector and Management Planner, Texas Department of State Health Services Individual Asbestos Management Planner, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Corrective Action Project Manager.
