Mr. Wemple is one of the co-founders of Water, Earth Solutions & Technologies, Inc. and is the only remaining member of the founding team. He is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the state of Texas and a registered Corrective Action Project Manager under the Texas Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) program.

Mr. Wemple has twenty-two years of experience in environmental and geotechnical engineering, including, contaminant plume definition, groundwater quality assessments, groundwater and soil sampling for delineation and verification purposes, remediation management, health and safety compliance, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, and hazardous and solid waste management. In addition, Mr. Wemple has managed underground storage tank removal, closure reporting, and corrective action activities, risk-based assessments for underground storage tanks.

Mr. Wemple has extensive experience performing risk-based assessments under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Industrial Hazardous Waste (IHW) and Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) programs. He has performed numerous soil and groundwater assessments to investigate potential contamination from dry cleaning facilities and gasoline service stations. In addition, Mr. Wemple’s experience includes risk-based assessments associated with industrial and hazardous waste sites impacted with heavy metals, pesticides, solvents, and petroleum related chemicals.
