HAZARDOUS & NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT

Prior to the start of a hazardous and non-hazardous waste management program, W.E.S.T., Inc. will coordinate with the client's representative (s) to obtain pertinent on-site information to assist in providing a cost effective and efficient program. Each waste stream will be properly classified according to their characteristics. This task involves sampling, analytical laboratory testing, and interaction with state agencies for proper waste code determination.

Following the classification of the waste, approved waste treatments, disposal methods and facilities may be selected by the generator. W.E.S.T., Inc. will present the available options for disposal which addresses the specific waste classification. If disposal is the selected solution, a waste profile will be required by the selected coordinate with representatives of the selected disposal facility to provide proper "waste tracking" and gate time schedules. W.E.S.T., Inc. will use qualified federal and state licensed transporters permitted to transport the specific waste stream shipment. W.E.S.T., Inc. will provide on-site management to properly stage the waste shipment for loading and transportation.
